You can switch from German/Siemens notation to English/IEC.
After installation, Step7 defaults to German mnemonics regardless of the installation language.
Besides, full time AWL Step5 users tend to prefer German notation rather than IEC's, regardless if they are working with Step7 Manager, Step7 MicroWIN or (dawn) Step7 Basic 10.5.
