Just got a phone call from my farther... He think the videos are too long and not easy to follow. He also said I need to cover the background with something so my door is not visible. He did'nt say anything I did'nt already know, anyway, thanks dad!
I have analysed website access with Google Analytics, and users are spending 5 minuttes on avarage on the website. So all videos from now on will be less than 5 minuttes in length. It fits perfect with my "5 minuttes" website headline.

I can't belive there are still people here with doubts about my acceptence of most of the constructive comments I got here... Look, I already said a few times I AGREE and I ACCEPT.
I'm not the type that brag about something and dont try to back it up with facts... What better facts then some videos? This is not the same as "disputing everyones advice". I agree with all the stuff you guys are sayng about the necessity of improving the design of the Editor and the website. But... Its obvious that all advanced, feature rich and all-in-one graphic tools, have a learning curve. I need to work on making my curve more liniear, and I think that 5 minute videos a great for the MTV generation. Young people don't mind watching videos, specially if they'll have something nice to look at besides the clothing :)
I can't do it now, but one day all my videos will be of high quality, fittet for playing on MTV. Once I get the venture capital, it will happen. Actualy, I got my first investor/agent email today, someone saying he loved my product and sees a lot of potential, he said he only approaches companies he believe can become a 100 million dollar company in 4-6 years. He said to have him in mind when/if I started looking for capital.
This is what will be done after I get enough feedback from beta-users, professional designers and my marketing guru:
1. Make possible to use Editor without having an account.
2. Correct minor usability flaws in the Editor.
3. Make the website look better.
4. Make much better & shorter videos, with some hot girls doing the design work... I'll get laid!That's for sure :)
After watching the intro videos, my users will think... "If some 19 year old girl can do a nice pair of shoes or tshirt in 5 minuttes so can I", and they will go and do it.
5. Launch maketing campaign.

The Gallery is currently only for selling ready made merchandise. I earn 15% of the sales made there there (reference fee). When users buy using the Editor with their own design, I make 15% (reference fee) + 10% (seller fee).
