While the physics are awesome, that girl as a whole is as far deep in the valley as possible...
The physics are right in the valley bottom too if you ask me, but still cool for realtime.
What do you mean with "the other side of the uncanny valley"? This is clearly in the deep depths of the uncanny valley - just look at her face. The only impressive thing about this is the physics simulations (which were cool, but still not "WOW! THAT'S JUST LIKE IN REAL LIFE!"), and that doesn't really relate to the look of the person at all. :)
