Well, you're probably wondering what Kufita means..
Kufita means Kurzfilmtage, that is an international short film festival in my hometown Oberhausen^Germany..
well after watching some competetions i came to the conclusion that demos would fit quite well in there... so i thought I'd maybe ask them to make a competition(or at least show some) for demos
now i'd like some feedback from you, specifically because i'm not (yet) an active scene "member"
having read how the "French Groups?" thread ended i'm a little afraid tho ;)

lousy...my opinion, or feedback, is: Good! Demos are gonna be more and more popular, you might as well be a trendsetter.

i was at one local short film festival, and i actually liked it. i think they also give a good opportunity for demosceners to make contact to good young artists, which would probebly also want to become demosceners (read: groupmates :>) if they knew our scene.

The Machinima is defined as "films which were "shot" in real time in virtual 3D environments, like game engines" - i guess this qualifies large demos as well. :>>>> (when in doubt, use Demopaja).
However, i'm not sure the public would be able to appreciate. :/
But it makes sense to do a "second run" there with something already released, since they don't have the sene rule.

eye: that's what i'm actually afraid of.. that people enter the 64k compo with their old releases and i have no chance :D (like, when farbrausch submits every of their 64k releases since 2002 into it...)
