Sundown, the UK's only demoscene party that isn't held in a flat or house (ahem, of course we love you Raww Orgy!) is back to rock your proverbial socks off with a weekend of non-stop demoscene demolition - featuring a whole plethora of OPEN competitions that everyone can participate in whether they are at the party or not. They are:

- Newschool Demo
- Newschool Intro
- Oldschool Demo
- 4ch MOD
- Chiptune
- Streaming Music
- ASCII Graphics
- Old School Graphics
- New School Graphics

Already we have entries coming in but for those of you who have some time to polish off your works, you can get some great exposure on our moderately-big-considering-the-size-of-the-hall screen.

So, send some stuff in, we'll get you some exposure!

We already have 73 sceners of different shapes and sizes and we'll have productions from some familiar groups releasing too, so get on board.

I'm 50% done, probably won't be able to test on hardware before Friday but pfff... emulator testing is the new rock'n'roll.

4mat: The general deadline is about 2pm on Saturday.
If you think your work will be later, send rc55 a text message or something.

Pete: If you're stuck then I may have a spare mouse (I'll be bringing my wifes old laptop, so I can use the funny little pad thing if need be).

When will the compo results be available? Inquiring minds wants to know... ;)

Just got back after clearing the party place, all the mopping and a stubborn industrial dishwasher that smelt awful, plus carloads and carloads of equipment.

I have eaten but one pastie today so will definitely get around to posting results tomorrow after i've had a nice wash, pizza, and sleep, in that order.

But for the record I did try powering up the partybox VM but I'm not too familiar with the environment and couldn't find out in a short time how to get the results.

But alas, they are there, eluding me.
