they even built this huge cathedral nearby for us to exercise going up and down the stairs

xernobyl: excapt that evoke still doesn't use partymeister in favour for its own party system.

Navis: yup, ancient demosceners ( real oldskoolers ) built that cathedral back then...as there were no computers back then they expressed emselves via mosaics ( big, unsquare pixels made of glass ) :D

Well. I'd have something to tell about the Evoke "partymeister". In the prod vote page, having a big ascii like mine - which is around 500 lines if i recall correctly, being around 5000pixels long in png - reduced to a so little size that it was not recognizable at ALL is really sucky :/ Would you guys fix that for me for next year please? :) For even bigger ASCII? :]

Well I am utterly utterly shagged out working on the video preparation and uploading since Evoke, I haven't been doing anything but this after work... I looked at the footage for the party report video for potential candidate footage, there is some good stuff but also a lot of very very dark and grainy footage of the live performances. Perhaps next time I could insist on some extra lighting over the performer so that it's worth filming in future...

okay, after having criticized evoke last year i must say almost everything changed for the better this year. thanks a lot to the orgas and to the people i spent the weekend with. shame i did not talk to a lot of guys i planned to, but there will be a next time for sure.

Yea thanks all you guys at the party staff.. compared to last years evoke this was a 1000.023% increase +- 1000000%. thanks a lot for that very professional demoparty. And I knew it.. there are normal people out there..
