well, it looks like a Paslode nail gun, and if you are using it correct, you have to press it against somthing (the safety is in the front of the gun) he isent, nor is he using an air compressor, and a hose for compressed air - from the compressor to the gun..
so maby hexen´s 3rd suggestion is the most lethal...

If he had used this, and removed the safety, it would be a hole different situation:
