But yeah, the no.1 in the world is definitely Never Grow Old in Oulu. ;)

NGO in Oulu is cool, except for the fact that every time i've been there it's been too crowded and/or the music has sucked :-)

Optimus that looks like a less sylvan / woody part of Finland. On the other hand that's a very usual sight.

Also break: I usually go to kuluma, never been to NGO, is it too not-so-my-age to go? Like, specially dedicated for you ... umm ... elder guys :P

Agreed, NGO is usually way too packed, KULuMA luckily has more room.

Funny.. I've found the majority of NGO goers quite young - about 10 years below my age. But yeah, since it's the only somewhat civilized drinking place in Oulu, sometimes you get older people in, mostly from local art/media/dance/theatre scenes.

But we're derailing this thread now. I was actually trying to give helpful info to the original poster on the previous page :)

okay so is it kulma or kuluma? I recall it was kuluma but I also recall it was kulma. maybe it is kuluma, can't recall, was way too drunk last time I have been there (vappu).
