Yeah, earlier today when I was listening to Nectarine and I heard the stuff from the past 5 years I thought "That's odd, I keep hearing this, but Loaderror says we only do chip and oldschool, hmm, I wonder if maybe he doesn't know what he's talking about." And then I realized I was feeding a troll.

Nectarine plays mostly oldschool/chip stuff, but of course it is possible to request what you want.. From my experience there, newschool music is generally not that well received among the regular audience at Nectarine.. It is like this... oooh.. this one has some noise in it, how horrible, how can they insult my ears with this terrible noise.. where is the melody.. oh.. there it is.. it is up my own ass. waddya know..

No harsh feelings about nectarine though. :)

nectarine is great, but when they (that is to say; the requestors) set off on their two-hour chiptune-marathon, it gets tiresome quite fast.
