diver: I gave Konsum a try after a quite long time and imo it's way to long and there were also some ugly looking display errors (wrong colors) in the demo. Maybe the new nvidia driver generation is the reason, but maybe also the tnt2 (last time that I have watched it was with a tnt1).

ps: Ok, as a last replacement I will show Deesbab instead of Totraum. Pulp doesn't really fit to the rest of the show and Propaganda is nice, but sometimes it crawls on the pIII-450 (ok, same with Gerbera but Gerbera is some other class of demo). And when it's just *my* show then I will probably show several other stuff (Dope, Stars, Contrast, Sleepless...), so this public discussion has made sense :)

According to the tons of exremely positive comments I will show Live Evil/Mandula instead of Enlight the Surreal. I'm not the big Jazz lover, but it seems that this demo has a lot of fans.

crest: sure that you´ve seen "ugly looking display errors" on "konsum". Maybe in the demo the color changed into something wired thing. blah blah. well. but all in all i´m very happy with the demo selection for the show. it will be a good show

diver: At least I can't remember that 'Konsum' was looking that way when watching it first time. Also Black2000 is again making problems since using the 2x.xx drivers (final version was never running here completly), but maybe it's also a DX 8.1 problem.

According to the timetable the official demoshow will start on Friday 23:00 CET.

A second 'private' demoshow can probably start at the table of the polish sceners (just read the statement of Payda^pcn in this thread). They can provide a beamer and a big screen, but only the usual multimedia speakers. So someone should lend some real speakers for the show. The time of this second show and the playlist is of course completly open actually. Interested ppl should contact me and/or Payda^pcn at the partyplace. I'm arriving probably on friday at about 11:30

Just make sure to announce it however on the big screen then..when there will be a 'second' show then... ;-)

it is done but it was NOT delivered
to party according to agreement

you know how fucking great i feel

after 4 years i wanted to participate
on decent demo party and had created
on 1 month vj tour around europe
this piece under extremely hard
conditions
(almost non-stop in bus or in dirty
clubs)

all i wanted to know is the global opinion
of scene culture of this "edge"
demo piece in the competition of
cool "mainstream" demo productions...

Unfortunately the planned Satori special by the orgas was cancelled because normally I wanted to show also some Satori demos in the show.
