(for those wondering wtf i'm talking about, look here)
yup,he´s into ! ( and i thought me would be strange!!! )
havoc: Yes, non-msdos stuff is welcome also, but a reasonable amount of msdos prods is first on my list especially, because I tend to watch them all (also the once I've seen and heard before). After that I'll start to add stuff from other platforms. Anyhow all suggestions and help are appreciated! And yes, Moonsound sounds reasonable.
okido then i'll drop any OPL stuff i come across on this thread :) and will encourage others to do the same :)
That's nice.
Just for the record:
OPL
OPL2/AdLib
OPL3
Moonsound, based on OPL4
OPL4 is already quite advanced compared to AdLib, so for the moment lets keep the limitation in OPL3 excluding Moonsound. Nevertheless suggestions are welcome.

I have an Yamaha CX5M. But without power supply.
Its equipped with that strange midi and FM sound module.
Is this compatible to the "moonsound"...?
And how to get a pinout for the power connector? I have that thing for over 2 years now, have 2 games on cart for it (Penguin adventure) but cant try it...The schematic plans didnt include a pinout for the power connector...

exin.. google is your friend.. and no, moonsound is way more advanced.
And before this turns in to an open discussion about all FM hardware and software, I'd like to point out that there's also this great FM forum called soundshock.se.
(Also just a silly note, FM related stuff != AdLib/OPLx)

...and up we go due to recent music disk submissions by dipswitch (thanks!).
Hello world... again.
I'm slowly going blow some life back into this project so hit me up with stuff that's not yet listed.
Thanks.
