Is that you who made that picture? In case you don't know, PSLAD would behave identically to PSLLD, so no point in including both on the processor.

The only difference between arithmetic and logical shifts is on the right shifts. When you do a right logical shift, a 0 is always added to the left. In a right arithmetic shift, the first bit by the left is duplicated and added to the left. But, in left arithmetic/logical shift, always a 0 is added to the right, so there is no difference.

Just a little note: this is why the arithmetic left shifts do not always mantain the sign; in the case of overflow the sign depends on the existant data
