Who isn't. I said I'll only go if I have something half-decent to present. But it wouldn't be the first time I would be lying to myself. Last year I only decided to go 3 or 4 days before the party.

i guess foreign means "from a different country than where the party is". except in your case, you're foreign everywhere.

Small snacks of 2-3 bites. The local version of the tapas, more or less. Way better crafted (truly an artform) and more tasty, in my opinion. You should try them :)

xernobyl: you can always send a mail to "El chino de la Euskal" and get some vey nice Chinese food for low $$$, provided they allow him to get into the partyplace. If they don't, he will park near the BEC entrance.
