The tracker on screen is, but the tune playing isn't.
The tracker on screen is not goattracker, its raster music tracker. He even tells you what it is when he runs it. RMT is an XE/XL tracker, though, not ST.
so, i was looking up some information on opengl and well i came across this quote on the site which happened to be a site with some scene related content on it. which i didn't know when i was first looking for the information as i was redirected from the main page. well, in the quotes section of the site i found this.
