XP
Windows
Amigaaaaaaaaa
Windows eXtra Power Homer Edition
XP at work, XP at home.
So... XP.
So... XP.
XP more seriously.
XP on my work and home PCs, and Ubuntu+XP on my laptop.
xp at work and home, vista on my laptop (gah).
im coping ok, it's not been as bad as everyone said. the only thing that really bugs me is the crappy file handling - deadlocks for seconds at a time doing simple file ops, especially via code. all our demo stuff and tools works just fine though.

VISTA baby ... I'm with Smash on the file handling esspecially when copying large files in explorer, supposedly SP1 will improve this
XP
XP
XP and OSX. Mostly XP at work, mostly OSX at home.
Smash: aside from the bugs like file copying (and wifi, which is almost as bad) the big issue (for me at least) with vista is that it's so much slower than xp on comparable hardware, with little real benefit. Oh, and the endless nagging.
DX10 is the only feature i think i'd upgrade for, and only when a decent amount of stuff is making good use of it.

How well are people coping with all the nazi DRM stuff in Vista? Or is it also not as bad as everyone feared? How about overall bloatedness?
Anyway.
XP and XP TabletPC edition, both with Dopus.

vista.. i dont leave home without it!
xp
psonice: i turned off all the endless nagging and it made it look just like classic xp, and it doesnt really seem any slower. except for the file handling.
XP
I will install Vista when the new OpenGL arrives and there is bugg-free implementations for it... that must be around 2011 or so...
iq : that would mean 2016 for a proper support on the ATI side :)
Ubuntu mainly and occasionally XP
iq, installing Vista in order to use OpenGL? That's novel... ;)

Vista on a HP laptop. Works like a charm with 4 gigs of ram, and crapp with 1 gig. And some patch have fixed that large file pondering in file explorer, atleast for me :) SP1 = Bunch of patches that have already been released + future patches.
XP for democoding and OS X for everything else.
yeh, type this in CMD to turn off autotuning and file handling is faster/more stable.. especially noticable when swapping lotsa data over the network (which often crashed commander before i turned it off)
Code:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
also, SP1 is already out if you know where to look :)
