Selfmade 2nd external Amiga DD Floppy?

Is it posible that I can make a 2nd external DD Floppy out of an internal DF1 floppy, so i could connect it to a Amiga 1200 and have it also working correctly?
It should be - at least I used an external floppy inside my amiga, so I guess it should just be a matter of figuring out the pin numbers of the cable.
I haven't scanned all the articles and links, but this might be a good place to start.
Then again, you could buy my A2000.. no idea if it works tho :)

Ok thx, but first of all i also need to check, if the amiga i get still works, or what of it still works...
so, i finaly got the amiga, and it'S still working!!
just now need replacement for the kickstarts *the amiga has 3.00* and some WB Disk... and then i gonna look for what to do with the floppy drive...

There's nothing wrong with Kickstart 3.0. Lots of legendary people use 3.0 ROMs. ;)
well buddyof mine said it's between stupid and shit, oh well, i want for the future may use amiga os 3.9
Yeah for that you need 3.1 ROMs. Of course there's not that much reason to run OS3.5 or 3.9. ;)
