I was curious about the name thing, and I know alot of others were too.

How can we steal a name, that already was stolen from the King Kefren? As Razmor, Metallion and founded Kefrens after renaming TSP?
Razmo and I (Mellica) also created what you call the new Kefrens. Yes that is right, we where the ones behind what you call old and new.

Why not just remember it all as plain fun and good moments in time in the Amiga days?

I don't think Razmo and I stole our own name Kefrens, which Razmo and I toke from the old King Kefren. If it was stolen, it was stolen already from the beginning. We though that the old king could be a good subject to create demo on, the spirit from an old king.

I have no problem with that you liked what you call old Kefrens, because old or new dos not matter, what matters are that Kefrens became a legend, so we did hounor the King Kefren that way and he still lives on I can see here at Pouet.

A lot of demo’s lives on here and that is what all this is about, to keep the memory of all the people that did that entire Demo making for all those years.

I think Pouet have done a very good job here ;)

Mellica: I think chaos was being sarcastic with that remark. Wasn't the original controversy about the "new" Kefrens caused simply by jealosy of some members who would've wanted to reform the group themselves? Seen & co.. I remember reading about it in many intros and mags at the time :)

Yeah, you shouldn't be talking on Pouet if you don't release at least one demo per every party. So better go code some glowing lines and keep randomizing them every now and then. THEN you've earned your right for reminiscence.
