Wrong name for this demo. It's called "The Final Frontier". Please change that and sorry, but I found out about it too late when I discovered a second version.

In this prod, may I suggest to add the followings lines at the begining of the appropriate script :

It will increase CPU-usage of the server a little bit but it will save a lot of bandwidth (some pages here are >300kb without embeded images).

And while I'm at it, also find why bbcode add <br /> tags at the end of every lines in a <pre> block :)
