colors vs. colours?

British should be excluded from the next question: what do you prefer? British english, or american english, or you don't give a fuck as long as ppl understand you?

I prefer engrish

I don't give a fuck, however I prefer Eurenglish. This language is spoken and written whenever there are non-english-speaking people communicating and nobody every used to work / live in a natively english speaking countries.

This is what most Europeans speak and understand :) I believe it must sound terrible for UK/US folks !!

Written: American English.
Spoken: Anything goes, even Finnish "rally driver" English is a fine dialect that enriches the language.

oh, it's prefer as in doing it, not prefer as in liking it, so, scratch that.
still, british english rocks. especially when being done by dvs. :D

i really love the harmony in the british english. american english is a tad bit harsher and a bit more gibberish-alike compared to the vocal beauty of the spoken british english.

also i really love the colour of the voice in british english. the series rome is a solid example of that gorgeous colourful speech.

It feels like people are confusing accent and pronunciation with the the wonderful differences in spelling and of certain terms and words.

Or I'm not quite in my element here. Whatever.

I prefer Monty Python in British english

decipher, there's major variation in british accents, i've heard some that are definitely more "gibberish" than american english could ever be.

Although I like the sound of British English and despise mainstream American culture and politics, I usually try to pick the least retarted spelling variants whenever possible, and this usually means American spelling.

I can understand almost any kind of English speaking but I suck when I talk my horrible Finlands English "Kimi Räikkönen" speak.

US english. can't stand british,australian, etc.

I prefer Chinese English, because that's so sweet. But be careful with their mushrooms ;)

I quite like British English, but with 40+ nationalities at work I'm used to Whatever English.
