the story of the pic on the first crimson album is absolutely terrific. It was paint in 1969 by a young computer student on the wall of its flat, next to where the group practised. He suicided one year later, and the few pic on the album are the only artwork left by this guy. Strangely but for some reasons, the management company of the band used the same flat location for their offices year laters... and the painting was still there, but was a bit wiped out with the time. Then in the 80's, robert fripp^KC decided to *take the whole wall apart * just to keep it safe.
