I've just played it... Hurrican is great. God, Budda, Allah, anyone - give me coding talent and let me make my own Turri clone.

Looks great! I'll try it out this evening :)

Check out Morgul Returns, another great tribute game to Turrican. The soundtrack is even more Huelsbeck alike and you also have the RGB-backgrounds in there sometimes. The game is based on the T2002 engine and you can create your own Turrican levels with it.

Turrican forever ! I still love the original c64 version.

You obviously all have no idea what made Hülsbeck's music great. Pity. Because.. those tracks, uh.. uuuhm... NO?

So what made his music great, _kb, please share your information.

What i like is the playability of Hurrican. Gfx and Music are ok, but not ace.

But controls, effects etc. are done very good imho.

Outstanding. Music might not be the best, but most people are enjoying this game so I think thats all that matters. :)
