dipswitch: that sounds like a really cool idea. i'm a bit suspicious about the feta part. mostly cheese is only for topping. but.. i'm gonna make that motherfucking pasta tonight, allright =))

ingredients...

take 1 celeb / well known chef who is involved with a football club.

add copious amounts of cooking sherry (or super strength beer)

zest of lemon/oraange

the result..
I suck at cooking. I try doing pizzas from time to time, but they always end looking like a quiche. I help my mother and my sister cooking from tme to time.
I'm pretty good doing icecreams (I have a machine!). I've done an awsome honey and cinnamon icecream once.

dip's pasta sauce recipe was quite good. i replaced bacon with fake minced meat to stay on the veggy-safe side.

i still prefer the following sauce, though:

ingredients:
1 x can of italian tomatos
1 x can of mashed tomato paste (the small cans)
1 x onion
1 x garlic thingy
0.5 x courgette
some southern herbs

fruit the sliced onion and garlic in olive oil for a minute, add the tomato stuff and courgette cubes. add salt and herbs. let it boil for a few minutes (not too watery, please) and that's it.

you can also replace the onion and garlic with black olives and capers and skip the courgette. that gives a bit of an edge in terms of taste.

and don't forget the parmesan cheese.. don't get the bags but the big chunks from italian wholesale bussiness (Reggiano beats Pardano).

1 package of fresh pasta, such as papardelle or spinach tagliatelle
A piece of real parmesan cheese
Some olive oil

1. Boil water with some salt.
2. Grate parmesan cheese.
3. Throw pasta into water, cook until consistency is good.
4. Pour the water away, throw back into the pot, along with some olive oil
5. Quickly stir the olive oil into the pasta.
6. Serve (pasta -> plate, parmesan -> pasta)

Easy.

One of my favorites (can maybe be done with tofu too):

- cut some chicken breast into small stripes
- cut some tomatoes into small cubes
- start boiling water for pasta
- fry chicken in a pan with a little onion, garlic and olive oil till meat is done
- put the pasta into the boiling water
- add some salt, pepper and curry-powder to the chicken
- add some cream to the chicken
- add the tomatoes and more curry (as you see fit)
- when pasta is done, pour away the water, put back into pot
- add chicken-stuff and stir a bit
- Serve with parmesan

Easy too.
