aaaaaaaaaand do something with the loud music, bp orgas next time, please...
when i wrote about this the orgas were like "which line exactly are the playing with loudspeakers?" come on, it was funny! :D they were playing soooo loud (even all the night) so it was very easy to aim them from the other end of hall... and i saw many orgas walking around and doing nothing about that so i made conlusion they want it that way...
i couldn't even finish my oldschool music because of it, damn!

But as far as the loud noise goes, I have to agree. Apparently I have more hearing left than most people, but for me it was actually physically painful to sit in the VIP area during the awards because of the volume level. I can sort of understand that during the concerts, but...

Nobody forces them to attend a demoparty. If they do, they should pay like everyone else does.

i've experienced that demo or lan parties with a smaller entrance fee dedicated to visitors-only or better, free for girls, have a far less testosteronic ambiance...

If they just want to watch such events they can as well watch a video capture of the party to get an impression. Then they can still decide if they want to attend or not. And if they attend, they should pay, what makes them so special that they shouldn't pay? Boobs only can't be a valid argument...

nula: Really? When scrolling back, I see mostly discussions about the compo rules with regards to re-releasing and ripping. That's highly on topic.
Letting in girls for free is very demeaning to them. It's like saying "please come in for free for our enjoyment". It's a thing about equality. One should consider female sceners as sceners in the first place, not just as a couple of boobs to look at.
Besides, girls that like demoparties will come, even when they have to pay an entrance-fee.

There were girlfriends of sceners at BP07, and they payed the entrance-fee nontheless. Why make the exception? They have equal rights to make use of the party-features.

yeah that concern is prolly less accurate for super international parties like breakpoint, i was thinking about more local lan parties :p

but seriously it could be cool to sell full tickets with a free visitor ticket, and *identifiable* so that security concern is respected.
