And Scott Storch is behind you Tempest!
You Ain't Build Like Dat!
"You don't even make your own fucking beats!"

Gargaj : some papers are just tabloids nevermind the "section" ;-) . I don't choose to buy em as a result.
Okkie: its called dumbing down I guess, scary really. Look at the role models out there, its all about money, being morally corrupt or being famous for what.. no form of talent these days.
Theres always been that rivalry between hip hop producers, part of it i guess, just the names change. Other forms of music have rivalry just blatent mud slinging never comes into it.

wtf, you mean scott storch is REAL?
Gargaj, dude! The guy is responsible for most of the 'urban' pop pulp you hear on the radio :)
Okkie: so he doesn't exist then.
now suddenly i have this flashback of okkie saying how scott storch wants a new airplane.
No no i mean, he actually appears in videos while looking like that? Jeez. A white jewish boy wearing gold fronts and jewelry sure stands out among all the black dudes.
He needs to listen to Paul's Boutique a few thousand... YEARS. Hey look ma I'm on topic...
well.. the topic is about stolen scene music and not some wigger... close, but no cigarr...
Well, Storch is actually on our side (albeit for a somewhat different reason) so he's a-ok in my book!
And he is the ultimate geek wet dream! An introvert, geeky, jewish kid with not many friends. A good piano player. Went to New York, Played keyboards for The Roots. Ended up making beats for The Roots, became prodigy of Timbaland and Dre and now he's one of the most hired producers.
Uncle X: he wanted an airplane as payment! It's better payment then He got for producing 'Cry me a river' by Justin Timberlake. He recieved a fruitbasket for that.

I wrote 'he' with a capital? Oh dear, I think Storch is my new Jesus!
Great, let's nail him to a bunch of planks and see if he comes back.
"SCOTT STORCH!" just doesnt have the same ring as "JESUS CHRIST!" though.
He IS jewish....
Oh, and one more for Storch's defense. He NEVER samples. He always creates everything (how minimal and bland it may be :)) himself!

Gargaj just did post 1337 =)
There is some kind of an article about Timbaland vs. Tempest in the latest issue (Issue 15.03 - March 2007) of Wired magazine.

Strange article. The text part is somewhat weary, while the timeline picture is clearly con-sampling :)
rumors have it that timbaland's gonna recruit the antichrist once she left the looney-bin!
makes me wonder which scener's musick fits best to spears new image.
sorry for the swahili

Janne “Tempest” Suni records “Acidjazzed Evening,” which sounds like an electropop version of the Pac-Man theme.
Pac-Man? Huh, shoddy journalism. EVERYONE KNOWS IT'S STREETFIGHTER DAMMIT!
The word 'magazine' mischeviously suggests that journalism of some sort might be involved in Wired's constitution. The phrase "sounds like an electropop version of the Pac-Man theme" both reassures us that Wired is in no danger of being accused of journalism and alerts us to precisely how much effort was put into the research for this article by apparent hack extraordinaire Eric Steuer.
This article, combined with the publication's frequent non-ironic use of the term 'hip', tells you all you need to know about Wired 'Magazine'.

Timbabland & those other Hollywood MTV bitches like 50cent are all sell-outs. Immortal Technique, Paris and Ded Prez are hardcore hip-hop!
shit seems to float to the top in all areas of this sick twisted society. floaters they're called.

It's hard to decide which is worse, the original A.Evening description or the one that was used in the Wired-article.
Question 3 from the Wired-magazine's factchecker:
Is "Acidjazzed Evening" a cross between the "Donkey Kong" theme song and an old rap jam?
I guess the songtitle doesn't give any hints of the style/genre.
