A way not to feed the troll would be to delete/prevent this kind of thread that does not belong on Pouet whatsoever (glop limit to create a thread or deletion of any spam)

Ok! Let's do it. When they say that's is not spam according to US laws, we say this is not DDoS according to European laws.

That's my guess, that's why we need something to really block even manual creation of the user, by asking some question or by requiring a minimum amount of glops or "age" for the account.

The best thing to do IMO would be to have a manual validation system by Gloperators:
If a newly created account with no glop wants to create a new thread, a gloperator must validate the post first. But that requires quite some extra code and I guess PS certainly does not want to mess with such a thing ;)
