anyone know any good bars in munich?

so, we won the intel compo, and as a result we are invading munich on thursday (this thursday) for the party.
so my question is, anyone know munich and some good bars to hit there? particularly something open really late that we can hit after the party.. =)

before the party you should go to "hofbräuhaus" for a beer or two.
then in munich-"schwabing" there are lots of bars- also "nachtcafe" has opened till 6 in the morning (but very snoby).
otherwise you can tell the taxidriver: "bring us to
kultfabrik!"- thats also a place with many bars and clubs, but i dunno how many have opened during the week.

yeah, I can recommend the atomic cafe. Had great funk parties when I was living there.

I've been in Munich a few times for my work now (we had to be at ARRI) and I must say it's quite a cool town to hang out.

im only in town for one night (thursday), but mazor,destop and yolk are staying a couple days extra. on thursday night we're going to a club called ampere for the bavarian gigolos night (it's where the intel compo stuff is handled), but before/after we might be able to go elsewhere. =)

"hofbräuhaus" - That was featured on Dom Joly's Happy Hour this week, looks like a nice place, although it's probably a tourist trap.

sadly we didnt get to meet the great man, he didnt want to spend time with mere demosceners. but we sure had a great time, very nice treatment from the pr company, lots of free booze, meetup with the local sceners (saw at least shiva and freeze there).
I wonder why great demosceners such as FLT would want to spend time with... who is he, a mere DJ?
I think he owns a label too. So make that a businessman of some sort.
