seems like only eager Archmage and a handful of the organizing crew registered on the "who's coming"-list. What about putting up a list on the party's website, or promoting the link to the frontpage?

I agree with the not-so-eager Hyde. The whole having to register on demoparty.net-deal is one step too much in my opinion. That said, if it's only me and the organizers there, I'm sure to win every compo there is. ;)

oh btw, archmage (and anyone else): the point was for us organizers to have an idea of how many people were coming (the link has been on the site all along, although not on the frontpage like now) so we would know a bit more about how our budget looked, what nifty stuff we could plan and so on

unfortunately we can't force people to do it. or then it's just that no more people are coming :D

either way, as long as the list looks so slim, no nifty stuff will be planned

I assume the budget is pretty slim at Kindergarden, and the orginizers do so much work for free just for us sceners to have fun, so I encourage people to contribute with stuff that can be used as prices for the compos. I guess Leia, will come up with some funny and cool prices,as she has done before, but if someone has something they can give away as a price-item I think the organizers would like that, and ofcourse the winners of the different compos :)

I thought of this after the Solskogen party, an AWSUME party, but I thought it was abit sad that the winners didnt get anything.
And why leave everything up to the organizers? We all have something we can donate.

No diss to Solskogen, they gave us a free barbecue and made a fantastic party feeling. But the price seremony felt awkward when nobody got anything.

tft: remember that the prize giving at solskogen was like that because they went under 0 in their budget..
