My two cent is that one cant really show a single trace of Black African culture. Nothing. Just mention me one notable building, invention, piece of poetry, a novel or any piece of literature, a painting, a song, a sculpture, philosophy, cuisine, whatever. Even the most advanced Zulus did not reach far.
Now, how come that certain things that would make life easier were never invented there. Don't say they didn't have the opportunity to discover metals in Earth's most metal-rich area. Either some wonder happened in Europe, or simply the Blacks were unable to discover simple devices for their entire history.

The fact that there was one Black guy who wrote a novel after decades of European influence, will not promote African culture. Clearly his work is not part of the African heritage, but an offspring of the European. And for the Nobel prize, well, I recommend you reading "Faithless" from Imre Kertesz, the 2004 winner. Just because receiving a Nobel prize, the novel didn't get any better. It's just like the Nobel Peace Prize. Many warmongers have received it, almost including Adolf Hitler and Nicolae Ceausescu. It is just plain propaganda that the Nobel prize is worth any value, the winners are usually selected on a political basis in some categories. Not in the scientific categories, tho.

btw. the fact that African poets and writers do exists, but only in territories heavily influenced by Europeans well points out the cultural ghetto theory.

IMHO IQ tests aren't advanced yet. It must be possible to measure single components such as working-memory, brain-speed etc. Then they make sense. For now, they are too education- and culture-biased.

whatever they are advanced or not, sorting people by IQ range is not a democratic way.
But some people have problems with the current educational systems because they're too slow on the uptake. Shouldn't we have special schools for them? Or maybe allow them to leave school and enter the workforce at an earlier age?
In Austria there are special schools ("Sonderschulen") for people with IQ < 70, but as I wrote above, many people with 70 < IQ < 100 also have problems at school for intellectual reasons.
