It's just that we use the usual pouet interface with additional links/fields to change download links, screenshots, nfos, etc, so yes, it helps a lot when you do it 20 times a day or more.

Anyway, it's done ;)

Gonna entertain you for a couple of seconds:

Moving all amiga productions requiring a 68020+ and more than 512kb of chip memory while being labelled as ECS into the AGA category would be wise i think, it's not because they don't use the extra aga features / colors that they run on the real machines.

For example, it's unfair that this being referenced in the same category as this

As they don't require the same hardware (the later one even requiring a configuration that never existed afaik: ECS + 2mb chipram + 68020 is pure fantasy).

Those who wanna do it on oldschool amiga platforms should adapt to the rules that were in application when the shit was still hot and not bend them to their advantage because they can do jack shit with a simple 68000.
(the common rule, at least until 1994 was: a 68000 + 512kb chip + 512kb fake fast + an ECS chipset, the machine most commonly owned by amiga demosceners).

Or create a "UAE" category ;)

changed. the uae request for ps remains open.
@hitchhikr
What about "enter the dotmatrix". It was written on an Amiga 1500 with 68030 and fastmem. I don't think it *requires* fastmem, but it probably would crash without an 020. But it wasn't even written on an AGA machine.

Xeron: personally i've never seen an amiga 1500 (which wasn't available outside uk) but i remember the amiga 2500.

I think it'll be better to dispatch the amiga productions into 4 categories:

- Amiga 500/2000
(productions needing a 68000 + 512k of chipmem, OCS chipset)

- Amiga 500+/600
(68000 + 1mb of chipmem, ECS chipset)

- Amiga 1500/2500/3000
(68020 or more + 1mb or more chipmem, ECS chipset)

- Amiga 1200/4000
(68020 or more + AGA chipset).

A little bit like it's done for 16/32 bits atari prods which is a fair classification imho.

Also, i don't think there's many entries to change in the database, mostly post-uae ones needing funky hardware requirements.

My bad, the amiga 1500 should be included in the amiga 500/2000 category as it seems it was just a 2000 repackaged.
