Because we were –again– incredibly late to hand in our entry this ended up in the wild competition instead of the old-school demo competition. The old-school competition would have been a better fit for this demo.
I am no expert on the involved tech but Maxwell managed to pre-process the STNICC2000 polystream and replay it at 60FPS, in full screen. And yes, we are late to that game too :)

Looks great in the video, but doesn't seem to run on real hardware for me. Is this PAL only? Shouldn't be, since you've mentioned it running in 60FPS. Tried to load it from a Mega Everdrive X7 on a Wondermega. No dice. Maybe it's me, though. Either way, great demo! One ❤ Love

i liked the beggining, didnt get the point of the second part camera flyby without sound though. and stnicc already been done on megadrive (thought it was for the 32x for a while there) so it's not really a technical merit thing either. also, why is it called bad apple? guess i'm missing some inside joke or something.
because it had apple in the name, and no mention of sega on the beam slide, i assumed it was on an apple at the party! certainly smoother and faster than I'd seen before.

@psenough fyi this is a Genesis version, which compared to a Mega Drive has only half the fillrate available
Feels unfinished due to sparse music. Also the name bothers me, as I love proper Bad Apple prods. But MD is MD, please keep it up.
