The demo was and is supposed to explain exactly how we feel and why we simply need to enable sceners to meet in real-life again.
I underestimated the amount of negative emotions the idea of "we'll do a small party on easter" would cause, and am sorry for that, and am trying to resolve those. I'd like to point out that this is my fault, not Spacepigs'.
I just love this demo, I would never have imagined a Spacepigs demo to be able to express exactly how I feel.

There will always be the nay-sayers. We are all mature people, allowed to live our lives in a way that is both social and responsible. If someone doesn't want to go there for whatever reasons, fine, but don't try to ruin it for others that are willing to take a (IMHO minor) risk. Corona measures already have destroyed so much that makes life worth living. From what I read about the precautions, I think there is a safe way to get a little bit back. Thanks.

Emotional and well directed in quite disturbing way. And the sounds are just very fitting (and disturbing). Being disturbed is good! Not taking a stand about the party, but hopefully it will be safe by then.

numtek: Misunderstanding - I am sorry for the Spacepigs people having received negative feedback in regards of "you are supporting an unsafe event". People should focus on their demo and it's message. They aren't doing the party, they've just done a great demo.

surreal but emotional. lots of nice touches in the "doctors" office, beautiful ambient music, and the animation of kevin felt much more.. kind this time. easily my favourite of the series.

superogue: just going out on a limb observing that if you think the demo is made to make people laugh you're missing the point as opposed to those who've voted for it.
Hangs at the end(?) of the loading; pressing Space seems to start/pause the audio, but the visuals are still on oink-mode.

Turns out you have to disable Adaptive Vsync to get it running (wtf), and even so half the textures are missing - although running it a few more times some work and some don't (1060 3GB).

The craftsmanship is there (especially in audio, obviously), it's well directed, and it goes into an unexpected direction, but at the same time I can't help but feel it's the same problem as the previous, that the invitation factor just feels like shoehorned product placement, and while it is obvious it was written around the idea, in terms of execution it comes across as when you're watching an actor doing a film they really didn't want to do. Maybe it's deliberate, but that doesn't make it enjoyable.

Same issues here as gargaj reported, additional note: running at lower resolution makes it more likely to work.

Why does the demo launcher's EXE want to phone home to api.pouet.net server? I watched it on YouTube. It was uhh lame. :(
Nose breathing whistling noise was slightly funny.
@AntDude it accesses the pouet api to figure out a link to THIS page.

@AntDude to provide a convenient link to the pouet page of the prod. we have to use the pouet api because we release the prod BEFORE there is a poued page, so some api access and regexp is needed to figure out a link.
@AntDude you may familiarize yourself with the Pouet API here. Please note the lack of any functionality to 'phone home'.
