I was thinking Ken Sent Me at parts. The weirdest bit was definitely the framerate which was tanking to 15 at points but then hiccuped mid-scene and jumped up to 60 with no discernible change in visual content...?! Other than that it's pretty decent and the track evolves nicely even if the visuals rely too much on a single asset.

'cause the creators used a demo-/VFX-tool. That's why it's hard to find the "Demo" in this product. Perhaps it would be 60 fps on a 7800gtx @ 720p with proper optimizations.
Advice: If the number of coders involved is less than 1, then simply treat it as a "Wild Demo".
