Great work Leonard!!! Wicked production!
I remember all the Atari musicdisks with Amiga tunes, this is a fresh change
ATAAAAAAAAARIII
Great stuff!
Finally, some characteristic sounds for the amiga platform ;)
This came completely unexpected to me, I was so happy to discover this prod !! Can't wait to dig into the musics on my real Amiga.. a massive thank you
Great tunes there
Not sure if the war is really over ;) but this is awesome. Excellent tunes. Thanks!
Excellent Leonard !!!
Massive!
Very nice
hooou yeah super nice idea!
is it YM again or tfmx? (I mean YM chip emulation and not just raw replay of data).

Lovely!
Fantastic :)
As every time, i love what you do Leonard !! Thanks.
ATARIIIIII music on the AMIGAAAAAH
can't wait to run this properly to soothe the post-party-depression somewhat :D
Love the concept, the idea is great. I know how much work you put into porting and debugging all these routines as some musics need some very specific players. Kudos for re-uniting the 68k machines, the overall oldschool feeling is fantastic
Great stuff Leonard, the emulation is spot on, I remember assisting Mr Styckx back in the day with YMST (still on aminet I believe), that required each tune to be manually modified capturing the YM writes, slow process! It will be interesting to see your SNDH to YM7 tool :) Finally, top work in waking up some sleepy musicians, especially Jess! :)
Thank you for putting this together. This is a very cool production. Looking forward use it on my Amigas :)
Wow, great collection!!!
Correct YM sid-voices on amiga... Finally :)
Really nice sound emulation, well done!
Yes!
nice
At least THEY can hear some good music, hahaha! ;-P
Excellent stuff, sounds awesome.
One thing i'd like to know, is it possible to create a player file that we can include in productions?
For instance, i've done a few Atari ST to Amiga game conversions, and it would be great to be able to include a simple binary to call to play YM music, or are there just too many different formats on the ST for that to be possible?
Good work all the same, not sure how taxing this is for 68000 based Amigas, i'm guessing for using something like this with a game on Amiga it would need to be at least 020?

Atari musicians sux ! 😄
No War , No Fun. Monopoly Burn the Sun !

Great Stuff, but i do not own an Amiga... ;-)
So plz release it also as an Atari Version.
I know, i could get them by all the single releases, but it is very nice as a whole collection...
Kind Regards!

Awesome! A large chunk of the Atari demoscene history now available on the Amiga as well.
Awesome stuff!

What the hell... Massive :D
Only Amiga makes it possible!
Finally something decent amiga can do;) Being serious I love the idea and emulation is impressive. Well done!
thumbs up for leonard, you f*&king rockstar!
Now, THIS is a MUSICDISK! Boss idea skilfully implemented by the code master LEONARD! The highlight of Revision for me. Beautiful work! ...only 𝑨𝑴𝑰𝑮𝑨 makes it possible! ; )
glorious stuff! Leonard rulez!
Awesome stuff! You just made me set up an emulator on work PC :D
Thank you guys for spreading so much Atari love to the Amiga community <3
rulez!
Stay Amiga ! Only Atari makes it possible !
the match made in heaven!
Take that Atari :)
Great achievement Leonard! It's like old days when we had soundtracker for the first time on ST, magic. Now on Amiga =] It seems you aren't alone ST coder to now code on it. ^__^
To my hears wings of death 5 is one of the tunes that are hard to emulate. Many sound incredible. Maybe it could run even at 44KHz on a 68020? Having a single voice mixing and 3 others for games or simply Amiga music is fantastic. And, yes, I liked a second disk with famous games tune as well, goldrunner, vixen, speedball etc But probably other people can do it if you release a player ;)

Epic product! So nice to hear all these tunes on an Amiga.
Sad no Rhino musics, though ;)

Just excellent.
Insane compression ratio on this, hard to believe it. Well done!
Also finally someone figured out that cooperation is true strength - not Competition :-)

nice one! thanks for the hard work this must have been.
impressive! Any chance of getting it running on 1MB chipmem miggies? Using MEMF_ANY instead of MEMF_FAST if you reserve ram with AllocMem would help
Very nice prod Leonard, bien joué!
Amiga beat Atari, again :)
1 meg chip only? come on Leonard, you can do it better :)

ah yeah, and thumb!
@teo, no he means that it runs in WinUAE when 1meg chip is set as the memory config (without any other RAM)
Of course it runs with 512k chip and 512k any extra memory :)

ah ok, next time i check before rant :)
great project, nice tunes. why not "Amari" though ... or "Atiga" ^^
@leonard
It seems my memory expansion was full of sulphate, replaced it with a working one and problem solved, sorry. I have also tested it on my A500+ and works flawlessly. Thank you!

Been running this on my A1200 for the last 2 evenings and it's so good. Thanks so much for relasing this!
Two questions tho:
1- The play order is (semi?) randomized, correct?
2- Are there any controls? Can't figure out how to skip or select specific tracks...

nice work
Are the .YM available somewhere? I probably have a lot of them (currently using StSound 5.51) but not the newest ones.
Best Programs!

This is Awesome !
Honestly... I had never heard much (if any) Atari ST/e tunes before this... but this music disk not only oozes oldskool class, it's also JAM packed with tunes for me to catch up on from the last *ahem* decades...! Great work!
Sounds impressive !!!
I know I ask a lot and take my dreams as reality, but, any change there could be thoses .YM7 + an addon for XMPlay (PC/Android) then we may able to listen to some of them on PC/Android ?? ^^

Indeed, Atari music sounds better on Amiga ;)
awesome - please please please make a writeup about ym7 and the sndh converter :D
Awesome production. Love it! I would love an optional screen saving mode, with a fullscreen visualizer. But other than that: greaaaat!
Good
Absolutely brilliant! And next time, pls more genial chiptracks from Tao!
Amazing collection!
Great prod!
Wow wow wow, thank you so much Leonard ! This demo is definitely filling the gap between the 2 communities.
I love it :-)
I love it :-)
Superb !
This is amazing, I'll be playing this quite a lot. Thank you Oxygene!
A great production that combines two scenes in a wonderful way! The overall value can not be overestimated. Now, of course, the Atari scene could certainly benefit from this music disc as well. Just because it is a good compilation!
I've never seen atari scene demos before (in the 90s) or listening to its music so now I can catch up!
Goog Demo
ATAAAAARI x AMIIIIIIGA!
This must be the music disk with the most massive content ever! Also very interesting in technical regard.

All was said!
Good stuff.
Good stuff.
wot no thumb yet?
Oxygene's never failed in its mission to create a bridge between Amiga and Atari. Today, the circle is complete. Well done for this great durability, particularly to Leonard en Mon that are on board from the beginning !
