After googling around, what made this run on my macbook was
Open terminal:
python -m SimpleHTTPServer
Open Opera browser (not Safari) and type in this URL
localhost:8000
click demo.html

Nice graininess, good heavy soundtrack, great atmosphere all around. Love the abrupt ending, it took me a few seconds to realize that yes, it actually ended like that :)
AK delivers more quality products again. Loved it.
