BTW, perhaps the source code is more interesting than the intro itself. Sizecoding in win32 enviroment is quite a different challenge than sizecoding for DOS :-)

It's a miracle that ebx=PEB on startup. This is a wonderful discovery, I'm only sad that it breaks OllyDbg. And edx=EntryPoint is a bold assumption but seems safe enough for modern Windows.
There is still room for improvement. Biggest issue here is that GetAsyncKeyState is not worth the few bytes it saves. PeekMessageA is required on early Windows7 (Otherwise you get loading circle and the screen goes white after a few seconds). With PeekMessageA its acceptable to omit ShowCursor(0). That can win back some bytes.
