Nice surprise few days before the next year (and with not many CPC demos this year).
It has kinda retroish feeling but also some really good fullscreen effects. The zooming greets, reminds me same technique of Batman Forever (although you could be unofficially the first if this was 15 years ago demo), also used very nicely in the wavulating pattern in front of upscroller. That surprised me first, I love to see something so big in front of background and not black screen, then I thought and I was like oh yeah, change four colors per line, that's a great idea, it gives impression of smooth big scrolling with parallax moving background.
That feeds my CPC demo hunger this year. And makes me think of what CPC things to code for next year.

I really love the vertical scroll with moving sine in background: it's wonderful to see, top-notch.
The rest of the demo is pretty decent, especially when putting back the context (cf. development timeline).

@David : Franchement mettre des démos CPC en video c'est ignoble ! Bouhhhh ! Faut arrêter 5 minutes si les mecs ne sont pas capables de se sortir les doigts du cul 5 minutes pour chopper (ne serait-ce qu') un émulateur ils n'ont rien a foutre ici. Donc NON ! Ne cautionnons pas ce genre de pratiques dégueulasses !
@Seb : je n'ai pas mis la demo en video, juste trouvé un lien....
@David : Je sais... Mais ça craint... Si un jour je refais quelque chose sur CPC (et j'en doute). Je le dépose à l'INPI et le premier qui fait de la merde je l'attaque :)

It depends if you want people outside the limited circle of (ex)CPC owners to discover your work, or not...
Because it just doesn't need to "pull our fingers out of our arses" ... :)
It requires to know how to list a disk catalog, find the proper entry file, run it, and oh, yeah, don't forget to selected CRTC2 in Winape (this is mentioned in the txt file, but I confess I overlooked it first time I tested your demo).
This might be obvious for old farts like you and me, but the demoscene is now made of (active) people born a couple of years AFTER the GX4000 was discontinued :)))
So, in my opinion, we should tolerate the youtube captures (even if a demo like yours look like shit once it's been compressed 2x or 3x) as it widens the audience of such an amazing work...

Super démo. Candy, comme tu sais, j'aime beaucoup le rendu visuel du scrolling de fin (et pas que) et ça fait aussi bien plaize sous les aisselles de voir cette rubber bar opérationnelle dans une prod (hmmmm, non rien)

Absolutely love the multiplanes, still much too rare on CPC (well, it's harder without bitplanes, hard sprite and will).
The dots are mesmerizing, especially the spiralish 3dish ones.
