a bit rushed and monotonous, and music is not exactly my taste, but as it's a party prod it deserves thumb :)
Speaking of animplayers, algorithm has achieved comparable results on a C=64.

@Hoild: Our method is 1:1 compatible with C64/Atari (256 chars 8x8). Minus continuous positioning, masking and cyberzoom, of course.
But we might reuse the compressor for an 8-bit prod one day. ;)
@noname: I still have to get an A1200, but looking forward to it. :)

What you call style, I call color reduction. Hold my monochrome (amber, of course!) beer.
And because it's short with no variation and the same thing until the end, I can't even commend a particular detail like I try to do.
Why don't you select a platform and make a nice demo tailored to that platform?

Hmm.. There is certain drive, i guess mostly because of the (yep, two decades old) music but visually it's maybe not for me. Lightly speaking :)
