Big thumbs up.
nostromo thumbs
Epic.
OSSAM!
Fantastic. Not sold on all camera paths, but that's a minor point - overall this is really, really awesome!
And thanks for having at least some color in there, too. :D

visual quality was top-notch, music was nice. the story/direction could've been improved a bit
2017 - the year of the 4k!
Michael Bishop approves.
Better than Covenant.
Who needs Ripley when you have Loonies! /o\
Very atmospheric. Hated the last "cockpit" scene though, without it this would've been excellent.
4k should be enough for everyone
The rendering, the crazy amount of content... this is awesome!
Yup.
Superb!
...yeah...I smiled when the eggs come to the show :-)
Awesome visuals. Breathtaking quality.
Also what hornet said.

I thought that was one of the best scenes, since it builds narrative. Funny how opinions differ so much.Very atmospheric. Hated the last "cockpit" scene though, without it this would've been excellent.
Superb
To be honest while kudos for stuffing it into 4k (im aware of the difficulties..), it just didnt work for me on any level, be it graphics or sound.
Amazing 4k alien :P
Nice
Really nice! I liked the scene with the eggs in the storage bay most.
But I'm with break, the cockpit scene didn't work for me

Text book use of this fractal! Outside scenes look really good! Music fits nicely.

Oh wow! Simply just, WOW! Amazing visuals and I really love the soundscape. It's really amazing you managed to squeeze all this - fractal, fog, DoF, models etc. into one 4k. I guess the rather limited note data for the music helped make this possible. Instruments were all very nicely done, and I loved the pulsating feel - don't know if it was periodic note on's or if it's done entirely by the instrument. Either way, it really sounded fantastic. Only minor flaw, is perhaps that the music didn't change noticably at the eggs-scene. To me, that was definitely the main scene of this 4k, and it could have been emphasized a bit by making a subtle change or some kind of small "tadaaa-moment" without it getting too cheesy :)
Overall, easily top-3 4k of 2017 which has been an INSANE year for the genre.

sort of what noby said... visually top notch but the poor direction and uninteresting audio are just not delivering it. piggy.
nice
Was thinking it seemed somehow cheap at the beginning, but then it kept on bringing new scenes and goddamn xenomorph eggs. Grats.
The colors: horrible
Demo and storytelling: rulez!

Eerie stuff! Could've easily passed for a 64k.
i'm in space...
Luv the Alien scene.
Pretty weird spaceship.
a fookin loved it!
YES! (although I could need some slightly more interesting sounds at time)
I think that the end-scene adds to the experience, while of course the eggs scene is the absolute highlight.

space is so dark and abstract :D
Excellent!
great visuals, really fantastic soundscape
Cinematic quality in 4K. Simply unbelievable.
artistically it was meh, but holy balls there was lot of promising content in there. motivational thumb :)
The movie!
It was OK.
wat. nice. what waffle said though.
Absolutely great! The soundscape was very fitting and the rendering was so clean and looked nice. I especially liked the fog thingy. The camera bugged me a bit as the movements could have been sooo much slower to build up more tension. However, all in all a great intro with lots of content and wow.
impressive
Incredible. 4k!

I actually did the soundscape without having seen the visuals, so all we did at the party was adjust the timing a bit. @Punkteret - doing a special sound-effect for the egg-scene is a great idea for the final version!
It's possible DX11 (win7) ??? :o
The rendering and the direction are sublime, as is the synchronization and camerawork and everything else too. There's even an implied story of sorts. And yet, still, something in this leaves me cold. It seems to hit some sort of an uncanny valley for me - the rendering is too clean and crisp, the soundtrack reminds me of 70's Soviet scifi in a bad way and there's a sort of an "unrealness" to it. Great work, definitely, but...
Ohh, that was cool, not a lot of aliasing either ;D
Nice space demo with chills
Nice.
Yes! Wohooo! Just watched the final and heard that you managed to add a 'Tadaaa'-moment to the egg scene! Wonderful. The visuals just grew from absolutely gorgeous to completely out of this world ridiculously insane. Great job on the final, guys!
SO DAMN not out of this world!
Good use of a fractal. :)
Amazing!
Cool!
awesome amount of content! you guys are nuts :D
:)
Cinematic and cool!
fårkin åssom!

Not super sold on the narrative and setting though. Feels a bit cartoony due to the budget musique concrete and small scale Alien/Giger pastiche visuals. Just a taste thing though, maybe others will glean more from that aspect than me.
Clear thumbs up though, yet another superb 4k from this year. Makes me wanna look more and more into compute shaders too :)
