waffle: You can buy PC-Worms for about 1.20€ @GoG or even @Steam. In some Summersale or alike you get it for some few cents! So of course it´s commercial to some degree, but it ain´t hard to get a legal copy of it either!
The Addition to pouet here is most likely more about the Intro! (Cracktros are named after the Game they came with aswell,so...)

The original Worms game is definitely not Abandonware, though the Mac version possibly is.
Hmm... so the MS-DOS version is not abandonware? Strange as you can download this one aswell on that page linked above. Your link goes to 'Worms United' which looks like some modification and not the original 1995 release? Anyway... everybody who wants to play the game can grab the DATA folder from the MS-DOS release.

This release is compatible with the Worms United standard set - so you can also get that from steam or gog - links are (now) in the worms.txt
Lotek: As StingRay says, technically Abandonware doesn't exist. It may be true that the game was "abandoned" for a long time (like many other gems of the old times), but it is actively sold these days, so it is definitely not abandonware and the person who runs that site technically offer an illegal copy.
For your other question, Worms Reinforcements is an expansion for the original Worms game (which requires the original game to run). It was sold separately but was also later "united" with the original game and both were sold in a single package as Worms United.

anyone tried this on ct60e, it crashes on me, boot start up at all.
Works fine on other CT60e according to reports.
Please double check if your files are really copied correctly -
i.e. pack a zip; transfer and unzip on falcon.
And pouet is not the place for bug reports - there's a FEEDBACK IS ESSENTIAL followed by my mail address inside the readme.txt for a reason :)
