just watched it again... and i can say it is not only one of the best, but THE BEST gbc demo ever. even better than nightmode.
dipswitch, better than nightmode yes, but is it better than demotronic?
nice! esp the music in the beginning is very good at hiding the limitations of the soundchip. too bad it because standard crappychippy later on..
imo demotronic is technological sweet and really good demo, but it doesn't contain smart ideas such as this one does and this one is really unique and fresh design-wise, which you cannot find e.g from demotronic
i didnt like the style (e.g. the noise in the sound...) but i think the effects are really good, i was really impressed by the spiked thingie (even though i think it is prerendered) and by the 3D face in the end (the face could have looked a bit better and should have been rotated)

After reading all the comments here I expected to see a real mindblasting demo. Now that I have watched it I am quite disappointed. The "music" here just TOTALLY sucks, one of the worst tune on GBC I have ever heard! The effects are pretty simple as well, nothing special to find here at all. Average and partly VERY boring demo. Definitely NOT one of the best GBC demos ever, at least not for me.
