Hmmmmm; I can't make this binary do anything other than silently quit. Nice-looking chunkymode though, if this is really OCS?

same result here, tried a few different winuae configs but just silently quits as u say.
Seems it works on "Expanded WinUAE example configuration" for me.
This is of course not OCS... If it quits you probably don't have enough fast memory.
