@HellMood, any emulator will do really. Fuse is a popular free multiplatform option: http://fuse-emulator.sourceforge.net/
.sna is a snapshot of all RAM, plus values of CPU registers. The 16 bytes that matter are situated about 16K from the start of the file. Traditionally, tiny intros on Spectrum do not include a BASIC loader; so I suppose you can say this is cheating :) It can be easily done in 32b with the loader.
BTW, the lines in my version are approximately vertical, just like in your starting point.
