Top stuff!
Love it. The masters of compression : Cyg on Atari, Algorith on Amiga. Hi! Hi! Hi!
Huge respect for the technical side but overall as a demo it left me cold. Piggie it is then.
- OCS
- 512k
- 68000
- single dd disk
seems enough for you guys. Well done.

Nice code as usual but the demo doesn't work for me. The scroller is nice though.
Moment stream shows Algorithm melting Amiga AC power at Flashback party Australia June 7th 2015 with some intensive OCS assembly coding :D speaker after sudden dark screen : "hm...I don't know how I can explain this".
Haha I saw this too on the stream..
Absolutely fantastic, wow!!!!!! That's something I'll run on the real thing.
I loved every bits of it.

yet another nice tech demo from you, so thumb up.
make my day :) nice one!
Impressive!! :)
Wow. Nice packing.
shows algorithm's packing skills once again. i really like adam's chip tune at the end too
Techy, yummy !
♥
Hehe, very good work.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Awesome. Big thumbs up for your first amiga demo. We want to see more
As always: technical greatness and shit content.
Technical greatness is content of course.
But you should spend another second thinking about what you feed your algorithms. You're not even showcasing what your algorithm could do. Do some non-repetitive music at least. Ask someone to select the colors or something. What sense does it make to waste all your algorithms with shit like this.

Looked great on the CRT at the party :-) (which was set up to the left of the projector) I was the person that ran to the back of the room and mashed at the Sony scan converter input stage (pulled down gain, pushed up blacks a little, enabled overscan... which I think was only at 1% or so). When they re-ran it, it got though most of the demo on the bigscreen A-OK, but the CRT got though all of it both times. It was the only tech issue for the whole party. Which is funny - because they tested the Amiga before the compos and ran several demos without issue. So congrats on being the demo that only worked on a CRT :-P
Great content though. Considering how much space the music takes up vs. video it's a miracle you could get that much motion in there. Super impressive demo of skills and an OCS pushed to it's limits :-) I personally thought it was a good choice of content considering the era of the system. Very fitting.

Maybe the content is so trivial because it highlights the algorithms. The routines are the only thing here, so content is given zero thought, so it's clear where the viewer should focus.
But still, to me it seems that the sound routine cannot really compress free audio because the music consists of a two-second loop or something.

Technical impressive :)
Every platform needs some Sandra
Too accomplished to not give a thumb. As someone else said, cold but amazing.
A lot of tech and effort there, but please consider if you actually want to make those lame boobie videos your trademark :/
Maybe he just likes boobies?
What's wrong with boobs?
impressive tech.
It's Desire, yes? Isn't it Razor1911, yes?
hot stuff! ;)
It was OK.
Juvenile flashback in there :)
Thumb goes for the tech
Technically impressive!
Compression magic from Algorithm, cool chip tune from Adam.
thumb for tech...
what sensenstahl said
Tech Awesome. Thumb Earned! :)
Really good. Good music (your "Diamond' is a really great chippy, Adam!)
Would be, imo, visually a way better with repixeled gfx (logos and some girls), and not with only conversions.

This rules! I enjoyed very much the compressed videos. Is it possible to have some technical details about it ?
How much time does it takes to compress, what is the idea behind the compression? Is it something like cutting the frames into a reduced subset of 8px by 8px blocs reused all over the several consecutive frames of the clips ? (like the one you used in http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=63649)

top!
Massively a great tech demo! Packing in place is quite impressive... very well done.
How? How could I miss this demo? It's a total awesomeness!
I like it.
Hey, is there a WHDLoad version already?
Great prod! Is it possible to get mod from endpart? (diamond.mod made by Adam)
Massive!
If there is algorithm there are always chicks ;) besides the super tech and the show is guaranteed.
Great!
Great!
Cute
Impressive music routine, babes and nice effects and concert
just saw this for the first time today on the Amiga Poland Demoshow :)

An Amiga OCS demo that can run on anything from an unexpanded 68000 based 512k amiga system (a500) to higher spec AGA machines with 68020+
There were some issues when the demo was played back in the compo.
Amiga hardware in combination with projector caused screen shearing in bright areas of the screen destroying most of the screen and turning it into black and white.
On most CRT's the rightmost edges of the screen should not be displayed. I took into account
Unfortunately the visible area reported by winuae while the projector displayed the whole width showing the artifacts.
The shadow dancer part seemed buggy in the compo machine, large rectangular 32 pixel or so block corrupted all the way on the left side of the screen.
