Unlike hectoByte this one does vertical blanking, meaning the picture is stable. This means that apart from graphics and music the binary also includes CPU/RAM reset logic and VSYNC/VBLANK stuff.
Finally: this is an NTSC binary, but it should work fine on most PAL sets.
