It seems to be too fast for the emulator as well (DCMOTO) :)
Based on the screenshot, it must look really cool when displayed properly, but the music is quite basic compared to the other 1k intros from Puls released at Forever 2014.

If you make DCMOTO run at 10% you can enjoy the runners animation. It is very smooth. The rasters doesn't display correctly with DCMOTO. MESS is doing better with this respect; but shows the display during the precalc. Actually, no emulator is perfect :-/
Indeed, DCMOTO running at a 10% speed shows the running animation correctly and it looks really nice. I'll try to give MESS a go so I can see the rasters too.
