Utilises colour-per-pixel mode in standard ZX Spectrum palette. ZX Spectrum models supported: Pentagon 128K + extra wiring (original config used while coding), Pentagon 1024 SL 2.2, ATM Turbo 2/2+, ZX Evolution, Pentagon 2.666.
Doesn't work on my Pentagon
You can warm your soldering iron and add to your Pentagon one 1533КП11 (SN74ALS257) as shown in this article. This is even more easy than adding AY-3-8910 to Pentagon.

@alone, it seems you are lying as usually. It's impossible to add this mode with 1533КП11 only (how about port eff7? how about "hardware multicolor required"? there are NO such features on pentagon by default. your pentagon has died after all these experiments, yeah!). also, there is a stupid memory map like on ATM (which we know isn't a spectrum;)).

1. I did it with one КП11. The first version was switched by means of a switch. Then I added one bit in a trigger that was already in the scheme. If you have 512x192 (common Pentagon extension of BBS/Fido era), you have it already.
2. This game doesn't require any memory above 128K.
3. My Pentagon has not died "because of experiments", it has died because it's old. You can run it though if you connect good power source at circa 5.3 V and wait some 5 minutes till the board starts working.

Quite ugly (converted) background graphics but a nice and faithful conversion otherwise!
For example, this demo with border effects will run on ATM Turbo too. This game with multicolor screen has Pentagon and ATM Turbo set-ups. There also exists ATM Turbo version of Satisfaction demo.
BTW, this demo with border effect is Scorpion only and there is no Pentagon version, and this game with border effect requires original Speccy. Etc.

Does demo works on steroided ZX? I mean ATM Turbo..
If this ATM Turbo is made by hardware hobbyist as a hw boosted clones of original Sinclair, why these ATM-based demos are listed under ZX Spectrum category?
As far i know, these ATM and other hw modifications were made by the hw gurus in the Russia. If we compare it to, for example Amiga PPC/RTG or Ataris CT60 and 3dfx cards on pc. So how about, we have:

I have used UnrealSpeccy 0.36.1 and it worked without problems, F3 to load the disk image, then choose "GLUK BOOT" in the menu, select "Pang 16c" in the next menu and have fun.
@moredhel, who said you that? ATM Turbo as well as Scorpion and Profi were ZX Spectrum clones sold in thousands with booklets for them.

moredhel, its bullshit. this hardware was and IS being "actually sold worldwide". Sometimes as "an company" (Peters Plus, Nedo PC, others), sometimes as 'a person' (like Atari Falcons CT60 - is being developed and sold by one guy. And many more other devices). Everybody can buy it worldwide. And many people do.

it doesn't matter how much hw were sold, doesn't matter how much articles were issued about anything... but it DOES matter how much software were released by speccy-people. all those extended platforms (scorpion, profi, atm) almost not supported by people (except memory managers). so you have only 300 programs for your atm for 20+ years (1/4 of them - yours, lol) - that's why you can't say atm was a popular platform (I mean atm's extensions!).

@psb, you haven't counted Pentagon targeted software, is there more than 300 titles? And where is a photo of your Pentagon?
As for 1/4 - I wrote and/or adapted for ATM Turbo just 37 titles. Compare with 53 titles for TASiS (special version of IS-DOS for ATM Turbo) none of which are mine.

Almost all 6912-software runs well on generic 128K machine or even on a 48K. Show us thousands of Pentagon specific prods.
