This demo is designed for Windows XP, it already contains dx8vb.dll.
To perform in Windows Vista-7-8 should be taken dx8vb.dll from any distribution DirectX8-9, put it in a folder with the demo and run ActiveX registration - create reg.bat, containing the line:

Love the game! What type of compression did you use to fit the massive map into 64k along with the high-quality sounds? Beat the game. Only downside is that if you use the machine gun too much on the end boss, you lose it, making the game unwinnable (well, at least for me).
