this was a nice change from all the bob-record demos, J.O.E. made this to show off the skills of a graphician, rather than the skills of the coders (who always tried to put more and more ugly 4 and 8 color bobs)... this bobs are all in 32 colors and most of them are nicely animated as well! (this demo was later imitated by Gate (one of their parts in their megademo, you should watch it as well, has nice anims too!)
