Nice work.
But why the first part uses a lot of effects already done on CPC old generation ? ;)

The lack of music and polishing while launching the first part is a bit strange

what Krusty said...
Additionally, nice part by F-Key (2nd part).

Long time since I've last seen a CPC+ demo (well two :)
I was about to quit the first part because I thought it was just wavy colors but there are few more stuff if you wait (hard plasma, twister bar, vector balls). Still lot's of stuff seemed like classic CPC demo stuff, but colors are very nice.
Second demo is a bit more interesting for the CPC+ capabilties. Most stuff are done with sprites and some stuff I have seen before (vector balls). There is a wavy bitmap (like tech-tech) which I guess is made from sprites, the background has animated eyes (nice touch, like in some C64 demos), and more than 16 sprites in some screens (multiplexing alike techniques on plus, cool). Interesting is also rotozoomer in sprite buffer (something I was curious about, you have one byte per pixel, easier for pixel effects, nobody has tried before), even if small it's nice. And last screen I think uses sprites for a big foreground layer? Anyway, that's interesting demo for the plus.
I like both demos, regardless if some of the things remind of classic stuff I have seen in CPC demos, but there is more..

Not the prod of the year, but enjoyable content !

My advice : you are now top coders regarding CPC, now it's time for you to improve your general programming knowledge (cf. learn maths applied to demo-scene context).

6+4 minutes long for 60 seconds worth of effects: boooooring to death. Also doesn't work on real hardware (loader seems to crash, tested on multiple configs with 3" and 3.5"), that sucks.

Bestpart from AST with common effects. How can you do so simple effects on a Amstrad+ machine ??? Watch BatmanForever

A first try from FKey (waiting the next one)

And a perfect intro-picture, who show us all that BDCIron is a better graphician than coder :)

Thumb down for the ugly intro screen.
+
"Motivation" Thumb up to F-Key for the second part: writing your own SID music player (or OffseT's one?), morphing balls (new), lighteffect (orange balls).
+
Pig for AST first part: more polished Impact demos (cf. CED work) but really nothing new, boring as hell plasmas, restrictive use of rubber, etc. Shpa music is just ok.
=
Pig.

The quality of this demo is very unequal :/

- For the intro part, putting a vertical scroller instead of the "go out" static message, and adding a tune would have saved this part.
- The rst#38 part is way too long (10minutes!) for what it shows.
- The which is witch part is the good surprise of the pack. Polished code effects, cute animated graphics, and nice DMA music.

I put a thumb up, but it's only for "Which is witch".

Which is witch: best part of the demo. Nice graphics (too bad they aren't original), SID music (same comment as for the graphics) and light effect on the balls. But it lacks of direction, so it's boring to watch.

RST#38: too many plasmas! Music and graphics should have been excellent to save the part.

So this demo is just ok for me.
