The perfect example of what can be done with pixels. Arranged properly, graphical results might be quite shocking. This one is good is a new aproach to intro/demo design. Gritty, dirty, good. The music is a great mod but I don't think it fits the atmosphere created by the gritty graphics.

The best designed 64Kb in a long time. It should have come first, but there were too many Haujobbers at LTP. Can't wait till the next 3state production.
Definitely a major intro for this year. New design, and an interesting contrast between the music and the graphics. (sometimes they play together, sometimes they fight) a bit too short.

A great 64k intro, really. Forget about 16M colors scanned pin-ups, 2 colors can kick your ass harder than anything. Why didn't it finish 1st ? That's the question.

Now THAT's an intro. I've really rarely seen such a good and consequently performed concept in Intros. It's simply great.
The two main criticisms i'd state are the msuic which COULD be better (it's good, anyway)...
... and of course the "anti-consume" attitude. I mean - if EVERYONE yould think this way, ever thought about how our world would look like? CAN YOU LIVE WITHOUT YOUR USELESS GADGETS?

i didn't like this intro ... perhaps a bit too much design for me, or the black/white design kills my eyes ... i don't remember well the music, but i remember i enjoyed it a little ...
very good, original, "radioactive" intro, but in some moments a just a little bit boring (perhaps some scenes are too long to begin to bother). anyway, 3state ki ktass again.

black/white isn't what i call colorfull. colorfull is the "normal" dutch-colorscheme (tbl pc and aardbei are good examples)

THis is cool stuff. THe music is really nice, however the amount of noise is quite disturbing. (I had a heck of a hard time trying to read some text and distinguish some effects, but then again I must have pretty bad eyesight, and watching it in a semi-sleeping condition at 5 in the morning can't help either.)

QUESTION: On my old ati this one had a nice palette, but on my TNT it's just plain black & white? Is there a fix for this problem? The funny thing is, when I press ESC I can see the old pal again for a very short time. The screenshot also shows the b/w-pal. Any suggestions? Or is this 'only' a driver issue?
Tomaes: The nice palette is an undocumented feature. The black and white is the way it's supposed to be enjoyed.

Aah, just saw this one again, and damn, it's still just as fresh and stylish in 2004.
On a sidenote, when I viewed this on my personal config several years ago (An emachines with an onboard *cough* built-in graphics card), it was *very* colorful, so it was actually pretty hard to read. Now however, oddly enough, when I view it, it's only in black in white.... Is that a bug or just different exe versions? :D

"rules" from what i remember :-) seriously, anybody has really tried to record this, or even make it run on something like windows xp or newer? i just tried win98 and win2k (virtual) and both didn't work (the intro loads and then just closes the window again). any hints? rez? :-)
WinXP - don't running, even in "emulate win95" (I can't translate to english exactly, you're understood me) mode.
ok, it runs on a fresh win98se installation - but with errorous colors. anyone has an idea about how to correct the color bug (or rather, get rid of colors)?

The original exe actually runs fine in Windows 10 with the DGVoodoo DX DLLs.. I think the 512x384 resolution was the main problem. The patched EXEs work fine without them but still have a window border in fullscreen without DGVoodoo.
